If you're interested in starting a deck shop, you must have proved that you indeed can make a deck. If you're an Admin, Moderator, or Tester, you've already proved yourself to me, and don't require me to approve your shop-you can just post it yourself.
-Each member has the right to block you from their shop at will.
-Decks will be made merely through a system of IOUs. Keeping track of DP is too much of a pain to be effective.
-Don't spam in the shops.
-Don't abuse your right to ask for as many decks as you want.
-Any double posting, spamming, or generally being idiotic in deck shops will result in getting blocked. If you're blocked from a shop, and you post in it, you'll be banned for 2 weeks, i don't care who you are. Each shop has a responsibility to keep a list of blocked members, and also a list of decks working on.
